What we stand by

If a batch is not what you expected, contact us and we will refund the order in full. You do not need to argue the point.

Plain bands

For a plain, in-stock order that is not suitable, write or ring within 30 days of it arriving and we will refund the full amount.

Bands made to your design

Custom wording is covered on the same terms. If the finished bands are not right, contact us inside 30 days of delivery and we refund the order.

How long you have

Count 30 days from the day the parcel arrives. That is the window for asking for a return.

When a courier is late

A refund does not cover lateness caused by something we cannot control, such as a postal stoppage, a courier delay, or severe weather.
