Cancelling an order

Express delivery
Tracked and express couriers are available inside New Zealand. Put the date you need the bands on the order and we will suggest the quickest option we can offer.
Pickup
You may be able to collect from 10 Eric Paton Way, St Johns, Auckland 1072. Ring us if the deadline is close and we will say whether pickup is available that day.
Delivery in New Zealand
We deliver to addresses in New Zealand. Add the delivery details when you order, or contact us if you need a particular courier.
Refunds and returns
If the bands are not right, contact us within 30 days of receiving them and we will refund the order in full. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 still apply.
